Location
Albert Town sits a few minutes outside central Wanaka, close enough for cafés, groceries, and a night out, far enough to skip the tourist crowds. The Clutha River runs right past it, with walking and cycling trails following the water.
Mt Iron, Lake Wānaka, and most of the region's hiking, biking, skiing and water activities are a short drive away, making this a genuine base for exploring rather than just passing through.

Quiet hours apply in the evening out of respect for neighbouring properties, and exterior security cameras cover outdoor areas only. Mountain weather turns quickly, so pack layers year-round.
